Tower Firm EdgePoint Seeks $475 Million Loan for Investor Payout
Southeast Asia telecom tower operator EdgePoint Infrastructure is seeking a $475 million private loan to fund a dividend payout, according to people familiar with the matter, adding to a slew of similar deals that have erupted globally in recent months.
AMC Capital, a Hong Kong-based financial adviser representing EdgePoint, has approached private credit funds and banks to gauge their interest in the loan, the people said, who asked not to be identified discussing private matters.
